How to delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using one of the options below.

Option A — Delete from inside the app (if available)

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account (or similar).
3. Confirm the deletion request.

Option B — Request deletion by email

Send an email from the address linked to your account to privacy@orabot.org with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Include: your account email/username and, if you used Facebook Login, your Facebook profile email (if different).

We may ask for verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. We typically complete deletion within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention (e.g., invoices).

If you used Facebook Login

You can also remove the app connection in Facebook settings (Apps and Websites). Removing the connection does not automatically delete data stored in our systems—use Option A or B to request deletion.
